The services provided by MBDA Business Centers to clients are subsidized through Federal appropriations FSMSDC is the operator The Business Center assists eligible MBEs in growing their businesses in domestic and global markets ($1 million and higher or high growth potential MBEs) Assist in securing domestic public and/or private contracts and financing transactions, exports and job creation
