This study investigated factors associated with viral suppression among adolescents living with HIV in Cambodia.

11 ART clinics
10 provinces/municipality
Viral suppression definition: <1,000 copies/ml

Viral load suppression rates: considerably high, but lower than global target of 90%
Associated factors include:
Longer duration on ART
Higher most recent CD4 count
Being aware that they were receiving ART
Knowledge about HIV and ART
Areas for program improvement:

Understanding of HIV to prepare for transition from pediatric to adult HIV care
