RECIPE Roscón de reyes.

General information. I am going to tell you how to make “Roscón de Reyes”. It is a typical Spanish recipe, that many people did the 6th of January. It is typical to put a figure inside it and if you find it you have to pay the Roscón.

Ingredients: 500gr. of flour. 100gr of butter. 2 eggs.
100gr of sugar gr of yeast ¼ l. of milk. 1spoonful of salt spoonful of chance water. Crystallized fruit. Some almonds.

Equipment: A glass A bowl Some spoons

Method: Step 1: First you should do a mixture with 100gr. of flour,the milk,and the yeastand wait for 30 min.more or lest. Step 2: Add in a bowl all the ingredients except the butter and the fruit to make an other mixture.

Step 3: Add the butter to the second mixture and mix it with the first mixture.
Step 4: Mix the two mixtures and do a hole in the middle.

Step 5:Wait for 30 min. and spred some sugar and some almonds.
Step 6:Insert iton the oven for 20 min.

Time to do it: Four hours. ENJOY!!!!!!!!
