"The greatest school trip I have ever been on, and possibly one of the most amazing trips that I have experienced. This trip was so informative, in both business and cultural knowledge. The connections that Dr. Wong had really made the trip what it was and the coordinators did an amazing job being the liaison for the group. I would go on this trip over and over again.” - Emily Wooding, 2014 participant
44
What is one thing you learned from the China Study Tour?
”It’s impossible to pick one thing. I learned so much, more than any class I have taken at the U of A. I learned how to work with different people and learn about the Chinese way of doing business. I gained more hands-on experience with Chinese business practices and how they differ from those in Canada. I was exposed to a vast gap in standard of living that I had never seen before. These experiences were definitely valuable and I learned so much in such a short period of time.” - Jessica Ireland, 2015 participant
