5 Studies have shown, the tone of voice we use is responsible for about percent of the message we are sending. Tone involves the volume you use, the level and type of emotion that you communicate and the emphasis that you place on the words that you choose.

Write a headline capturing your learning from this session. Share your headline with a partner, who will ask questions for 1 minute to learn more such as: What does your headline mean?
