5 What is Strategy LP Articulate your ideas/plans/visions through a strategy Over arching plan/vision – can be 20 years But can also be: The strategy you implement to reach your vision – 3-5 years Managers ask how Leaders ask why = i.e. don’t be afraid to CHALLENGE!

16 Values KM Values defines desirable behaviours of committee members and members in your club/society. = creates culture of club/society. Create the right culture = you create the over arching brand of your club/society – i.e. How you are perceived by the outside world.
