We will have a series of Change Agent workshops designed around the broad goals of the project: supporting success of all students (through geoscience teaching and beyond), broadening participation, and facilitating professional pathways (careers and transfer). And within the workshops we will discuss how best to engage your partners (on campus and in the community)
An important part of each Change Agent workshop will be time to develop both individual and team action plans for the upcoming year.
Between workshops we will continue to develop our community with a series of virtual activities that will support the workshop themes and the actions that each individual and team have identified in their plans.
On return to your campus after the workshops, you will work to implement change both within your courses and at the program level.
Additionally your team will reach out to your regional geoscience community and provide them with professional development activities that will allow them to implement some of what you have learned from this project.
