Steps done before reunition:
Aricles in newspapers/ Discussions/ meetings with local inhabitants Written project Public voting for the best model of the united school building st training

Training 2. Held on 19.06.2014. Duration: 8h.
Form of training: an excursion. (training takes placeon 1 day in 3 different spots- Sports ground in Malta, bus on the way to Rundale- Rundale) Target group:staff of both Malta Secondary Schools , active parents, Mothers`Club Facilitators: S. Stekele, I. Mironova (1st School) N. Tarakanova (2nd School) O. Orlova ( Mothers`Club)

Aim of the training: Creation of positive emotional atmosphere in the process of reunition of two Secondary schools, applying non-formal learning methods

Objectives of the training:
Introduce participants to each other Reduce tension in the target group creating a cosy atmosphere Involve representatives of both formal and non-formal education into training Use various methods used in non-formal education

Objectives of the activity “nice to meet you”
Participants are divided into groups; get a box with different clothes; choose 1 piece each, that describes their character better; present themselves to the group; dress 1 member so, that s(he) becomes a symbol of the whole team Method: group work, demonstration, acting Facilitator: gives instructions, gives time limit, establishes the order of acting/ presentations

Participants are divided into groups; get a bowl with coins hidden in sand; 1 participant looks for coins, others help giving instructions Method: group work Facilitator: gives instructions, gives time limit, establishes the order of acting/ presentations, keeps the rules working

Objectives of the activity “hit the bottle”
Participants make 2 teams, listen to the instructions, follow them. Methods: observation, practical work Facilitator explains rules, is time keeper, ensures needed equipment

2. Story telling 2.1. let`s be writers!

Objectives of the activity “let`s be writers”
Participants get slips of paper, answer individually questions about school read by facilitator;make groups of 3-4 according to their seats in a bus; invent a story about our school following a chosen genre( detective, fairy tale, comedy, a poem); present a story Method: group work, story writing, acting/ drama Facilitator: gives instructions, gives time limit, establishes the order of acting/ presentations

Objectives of the closing up activity
Participants give facilitator slips of paper with negative comments on school work/life; observe/ listen to the facilitator;express own ideas/ emotions after both activities Methods: demonstrating, discussion Facilitator: collects slips of paper, burns them in a metal tin, throws out ashes, reads written in previous activity predictions about future, leads the discussion and facilitates analyzing process.

Objectives of “towel volleyball”
Participants make 2 teams of 6 people, throw over net/ catch a ball using big towel. Methods: team work, practical activity Facilitator explains rules, keeps them working.

Keep the balance

Objectives of activity “keep the balance''
Participants are in teams, come to agreement on the right strategy to bring the ball to finish, do the activity. Methods: team work, practical activity Facilitator explains rules, keeps them working.
