A one day, innovative, flexible and intense methodology designed for diverse cultures, diverse business objectives, organizations and age groups. With 7 Knowledge Rooms, varied objectives (areas of learning) and a pre-defined team approach, learners will acquire conceptual understanding to real-world situations where the instructor directs and facilitates learning through different intelligences. The Knowledge rooms are designed as a platform for group based experiential learning through embedded activities such as research studies, simulations, experiments and art projects FUN l EDUCATION l COLLABARATION l CONCEPT

3 PROFILING PRE-REQUISITE
LEARNING RECEPTIVENESS PROFILE (LRP)- Brain Profiling The LRPTM is not a psychometric assessment, it is a Neurometrics profile! The LRPTM is not a test which gives you right or wrong, the purpose of this assessment is for people to understand themselves and others accurately and manage and develop themselves more effectively in order to become the best they can be. The LRPTM helps people to identify their neurological design, learning preferences, their true potential and suggest some actions that can be taken to develop themselves further in order to optimize their brain performance and learning receptiveness. 4 KR 1 1.5 Hrs INDUCTION / ORIENTATION ROOM
Teams are pre-allocated based on the Brain Profile reports High impact, objective based team building activity Debrief on Learning Receptiveness Profile reports Orientation on the Knowledge Rooms Defining the end of day objective Orientation on each Knowledge Room KR 1 1.5 Hrs

5 RESEARCH ROOM Team conducts a comprehensive group research to understand and elaborate on the objective (area of learning) and how the researched learning will be reinforced in the following rooms for complete understanding KR 2 45 Minutes

6 CREATIVITY l SYNC l PERFORM
PERFORMANCE ROOM The researched learning is translated into a powerful “team singing” activity KR 3 30 Minutes CREATIVITY l SYNC l PERFORM

7 ART / PAINTING ROOM The learnt topic is now evolving and is creatively painted through a powerful “team painting” activity KR 4 1 Hr

8 3-D MODELLING ROOM The final activity room where the group is required to build an actual 3-D model of their concept / area of learning and their understanding of the topic learnt KR 5 1 Hr

9 ACTING ROOM KR 6 20 Minutes The teams “act out” their concepts to display a clear understanding of their learning and its adoption in relevant settings

10 KR 7 45 Minutes The final room is where:
DEBRIEF / ADOPTION ROOM KR 7 45 Minutes The final room is where:  The teams discuss ideas implemented  The learning experience- group discussions  The challenges  What went well, what could be done differently  The topics adoption strategy and action plan
