Government cannot force citizens to do house troops during times of peace.

No one will be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law No Double Jeopardy No Self Incrimination

Defendant will be provided a lawyer if he or she cannot afford one

Excessive bail shall not be required Nor cruel and unusual punishments be inflicted

There are numerous other rights, not outlined in the Bill of Rights, that are protected by the Constitution.
