Report Categories From Query builder you have full access to all the standard reports. Information for Care. Everywhere.

4 Full Access Query Builder
Copying into your own categories From Query builder you can add and copy reports from the standard categories into you own categories. The reason for copying these to your own categories is during an upgrade all the ‘Standard’ reports are replaced with a the new set of standard reports. When you have the upgrade you will be sent a document that lists the changes to any reports from the previous reporting pack, you can then decide if you want to replace you current copy with an updated copy. & Left Click Drag & Drop Information for Care. Design/Modify report layouts Logos can changed for your own Logo From Query builder you can access the design layout of the report and change this to be as you want the layout to look like. There are different elements that can be changed on this page such as pictures can be changed/added/removed The Field list on the right hand side allows you to drag and drop the fields you want to display on to the report. The can also be set with a format option the same as you would in excel/access The Text box and labels can be renamed added/removed/moved around to create the design you want to. You can instantly see your change by clicking on preview to see what the layout looks like. If you want to restart you can just delete the report and copy it again from the standard category. Security – Part 1 From Query builder your can set who can see the report from the Run User Report screen. This option restricts users access to the database information and allows you to control who has what. These are based on the same user groups and locations used through out the program so if you have specific Nurse options then you could have a set of specific nurse reports, only available to them. All Cases Security – Part 2 There are complementary reports under each category that have an extra selector associated which is a read-only selector. This allows you to assign this report to a user with one organisation and they can then only report on their calls. Combining this with the filtering functionality means that you can restrict what users report on but still allow them the freedom to filter on their reports. Only able to see the reports you have rights for The run user reports view will only show reports that you have the user group and location permission to see, so this set could be tailored for individual groups and for different locations. Information for Care. Everywhere.

Read only selector As this is in a read only selector there is not an option to change the clinicians name. This information is picked up from the login in details name, so this would enable you to have a set of reports with the read only filter available for clinicians to run their own reports. Filtering There are the two default options of ‘No Filter’ or ‘Ad-Hoc Filter’. The ad-hoc option allows you to set the filtering criteria as you run the report. You can pre-save filters and these will be listed under the ad-hoc option. Information for Care. Everywhere.

Time Restrictions Time Restrictions - allows you to filter by hours. This can also be done on a weekday basis. In example you can have a filter for case between 18:00 – 08:00 weekdays and all day on weekend days. Allows you to have a group of reports setup that you can run by clicking on one button.
