List any major changes that occurred in the state’s Youth Art Month program in 2017/2018 vs. 2016/ Include visuals. Types of examples include: # of artwork pieces displayed at local and/or state shows, 2017 vs. 2018 # of flag participants, 2017 vs. 2018 # of student participants at local and state level, 2017 vs. 2018 Changes to guidelines, submission process, registration process Changes in processes to standardize program between districts and/or regions Use of technology for registration, art submissions, surveys, etc. to streamline process of collecting information across the state Changes in media/marketing New and/or updated state awards

7 Awareness and Community Support
Identify important positive changes that occurred in funding, sponsorship, and participation as a result of any planned promotions and special events for Youth Art Month. Include visuals. If possible, identify value of items listed. Limit to 3 pages. Examples include Sponsorship from other organizations and businesses (i.e. events, free admission, gift cards, gift certificates, signage, food for events, free space rental) Partnerships and/or events with libraries, art centers, museums Donated product to use during events or as giveaways New awards and/or scholarships available to students Monetary donations from local businesses New county/district/region participation

8 Promotion Provide the following information and supporting visuals:
