9 Please remember to send your child to school
in proper uniform each day. TOPS: School polo with logo BOTTOMS: Black or navy pants, shorts, or skorts, embroidered with SASP, and a black belt. JACKETS/SWEATERS: SASP jacket/sweater or SOLID black/navy sweaters. NO HOODIES UNDERSHIRTS: Students are only permitted to wear WHITE long sleeve undershirts. SHOES: must be 100% BLACK. No exceptions

10 ARRIVAL: First 2 Days: Parents may walk students up to class. Day 3 and beyond: Students may eat breakfast in cafeteria and walk up to class beginning at 7:45. Class begins at 8:00 **Students are TARDY if the bell has rung and they are not in class DISMISSAL PLEASE BE PATIENT as we work with the 1st week “madness” 3rd Graders will walk out to the covered drive-way. Please use SOUTH side of driveway (away from parking lot)

11 CHANGES IN STUDENT DISMISSAL
RAINY DAYS: Parents must park and walk to get students in the class  CHANGES IN STUDENT DISMISSAL ANY CHANGES in how your child will be going home needs to be notified prior to the end of the day that the change is occurring. Ms. Mongeotti with the change of dismissal if necessary

12 ANF must be turned in within 72 hours of absence.
ATTENDANCE An ABSENCE NOTIFICATION FORM (ANF) must be completed whenever a student is absent in order to excused his/her absence. ANF must be turned in within 72 hours of absence. Can be found on my teacher webpage or the school’s office  Excessive absences may result in administrative consequences such as referrals or loss of participation in school events. TARDIES Students who are NOT in class when the school bell rings, must report to the office for a tardy pass. 5 or more tardies may result in the loss of participation in school events.
