3. Current Status: 49% Complete
Work is progressing on the bridge superstructure. Crews have begun sound wall installation. Water, sewer and storm drain installation is ongoing.

4. Project Challenges HISTORY
Private utilities relocation – this is causing delays with placing the sound walls.
Grade changes
Drainage improvements
Minimizing traffic and noise disruptions
These challenges are putting the scheduled completion date of fall 2016 at risk.

Albright Drive/Lynnhaven Parkway: Two weekend closures for paving operations.
Lynnhaven Parkway/Dalrymple: Partial closure for about 7 months
