American companies are now improving their management level, efficiency and relationship with customers with computer and information technology.

Impacts on economy President Clinton reduced the deficit again by 493 billion USD on the basis of President Bush’s deficit reduction of 500 billion USD in This will cut spending by 247 billion USD in total and increase tax revenue of 246 billion USD in the following 5 years. The economic growth time in 2000 exceeded 1960s and created a new record of the longest economic growth time. In the second term of Clinton’s presidency, the economy growth rate has reached 4.5% and unemployment rate was fall to 4%.
