1 AGL HMI SOW #2

2 Base Assumption If an icon would have several different status (ex. Connect/disconnect etc), we would like to have each design data separately as we are not very good at operating the Illustrator. Please take into your account when you design icons that we may need to use the icons in smaller size (as small as 1/4 ) . As for the app icons, we need regular icons and highlighted icons (highlighted icon will be used for the apps that are in use). Pease assume, some of the English terminology I use herein might not be correct, if you find some terms that are not appropriate, please change them to the right English term.

3 Screen Structure Status Area Short Cut Area Main screen Utility Area
Descriptions “Short Cut Area” and “Status Area” have very different meaning, so it has to be clearly separated. “Short Cut Area” should include the following icons, Home, Navigation, Media Player, HVAC. “Status Area” should include, “wifi radio strength” “Bluetooth status” and “Time/Date.” Important note: BT should have the following status and we need different UI compornents for each; Connected/Not Connected. Wifi should have the Radio Strenght. “Utility Area” is needs to be used by Multi Media App or Radio Tuner App ONLY when the user “Play” the music or connect with Radio. When the music or radio stated to play, “Sub-Player” needs to be shown. (* some more details should be provided in the separate slides) Short Cut Area Main screen Utility Area

4 New item: Sub-Media-Player
“Sub-Player” means something like these. This small player will appear at the utility area of the screen while music (or radio) is playing but users are actually viewing other screes, such as home screen or navigation. Spec Required UI Components Play Pause FF RW Volume up/down Volume scale Important notice We will be showing the “Play Information (name of the song, singers etc) so we need a space for it. We are planning to display the Jacket Photo so we need the space for it.

5 New item: Sub-Radio-Tuner
“Sub-Player” means something like these. This small player will appear at the utility area of the screen while music (or radio) is playing but users are actually viewing other screes, such as home screen or navigation. Spec Required UI Components Stop button Tuning up/down Volume up/down Volume scale Important note: We will display the frequency/radio station name, so we need a space for it.

6 Home screen/Launcher Connectivity icon: could be confusing with “wifi” icon, and would like to have some other icon design. [NEW Item] “Point of Interest” icon: this icon is for searching the point of interest.

7 HVAC Required components
Each icons need the icon for each status; on/off/enable/disable Question What is “max”?

8 Media Player Required UI Components
Highlight when the song is playing, just like the “Playlist” screen has. [New Item]Audio Source selection Local data (CD-like icon is fine) Bluetooth USB

9 Setting-Setting top Requested modification
We would like to have “wifi”, “BT” and “Time/Date” setting menu. We won’t need RVI this time. Would like to be able to connect wifi/bluetooth on this screen, so would like to add on/off button. Be sure the icons on the left of each items needs to be in sync with the icons used in others. (I think it is now, but just to be sure)

10 Setting-Bluetooth Requested modification
We need “paired devise list” and “detected device list. Paired Devise: Required to see the status (connected/disconnected) Required to have a switch to connect. Please see below for the sample. List of Paired Devices * * ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List of detected devises * * * * *

11 Setting-Wifi Requested modification Wifi radiowave strength
Connect/Disconnect switch fir the connected access point. (this has to be the same switch as the bluetooth switch) Locked by Pass or not (key icon?) Identify Which access point is the connected Access Point Connected * ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List of Access Point * * * * *
