2 PC game Adidas would make a
strategy game according to the most popular games teenagers play In the game players get special points and boost only when they „move up“ their bodies in real life

3 PC game People download the game on their phones or pc like any other app Players play by themselves, team-up with friends or play against each other In the beginning players measure themselves and their condition, they should take their start picture For exercises players use phone app or special device like Adidas MiCoach

4 Measurement In the beginning and every month players should measure themselves: Weight Bust Waist Abdomen Hips Thighs Arms

5 Points and boost In order to play the game they have to exercise in real life Players get points only once a week and only if they exercise at least 3 times a week 30 minutes Adidas would use system similar to Adidas MiCoach

6 Points In the exercise system will be two main possibilities
Players can exersice what they want, when they want and for every 10 minutes of work-out they get points For example: 30 minutes of running or (nordic) walking 15 points, 30 minutes of condiotioning and strengt work-out another 15 points

7 Points The second possibilty is to let the system make players a training plan For every completed workout of the plan players get 50 points For completing the training plan additional 200 points The completed training plan means finish up at least 80% of work-outs

8 Boost Players get boost for achievements When they: Lose weight
Improve their pace Complete for example 100 work-outs or run 100 kilometers Make a new personal best, for example running - longest distance or longest time Drink sufficient amount of water (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 and 6 months, 1 year)

9 Reminders Players get a reminder: On a day of work-out
To drink sufficient amount of water every day Every week with a tip for healthy lifestyle – healthy and tasty meals, smoothies, benefits of drinking water and not sweet drinks, benefits of sufficient sleep,...

10 „Personal trainer“ During the whole game and exercise players have a „personal trainer“ Who comments their results Who sends the reminders Etc.
