Confirmation – You will NOT have a payroll card created, and you will be paid via direct deposit.
Unsuccessful Attempt - A payroll card will be made for you, and shipped to your Provider location. You will be paid via payroll card.

15. Fee-Free Use of Your Payroll Card
Two parties may assess fees: Payroll Card Company and the place where you use your card
One fee-free transaction per payment period for first transaction for Bank Transfers.
