INTEGRATION & MARKETING MANAGER
Sydney – 10 month maternity cover NOVA Entertainment is Australia’s fastest growing entertainment company with broad interests across the media industry including successful radio brands Nova and smoothfm. We have a mission to create content that is loved and shared by audiences, wherever they are. We’re looking for an experienced Integration and Marketing Manager to join the talented team at Australia’s fastest growing entertainment company. Working closely with every area of the Nova 96.9 business from programming, to talent, strategic partnerships and sales, you will have a strange love for tight deadlines and brainstorms – and will come armed with ambition, imagination, courage and management experience. This role requires big picture thinking whilst nailing the small details. This is your opportunity to work with and develop a close team of dedicated, hardworking and passionate people who are all striving to create compelling content and campaigns both on and off the air. You will work collaboratively to deliver entertaining integrated solutions that inspire and get results. This role will require you to: Manage the Sydney Integration Team to create and implement flawless execution of client and station promotional activities on-air, online, on-ground and on social media Work closely with our National Sales and Create teams to develop client solutions that reflect both the station’s and the client’s brand Effectively communicate with talent and programming to achieve the best content for shows and clients Actively secure and maintain strategic marketing partnerships and relationships The kind of person we are looking for has: At least 6 years’ experience in media (radio experience beneficial) Experience in managing a team Outstanding work ethic and high integrity Exceptional attention to detail Incredible written and communication skills Ability to communicate at all levels and work within tight deadlines Creative Flair Event planning experience (preferred) Understanding of what an Entertainment company should deliver The skill to work calmly in a high pressure environment A gift in the art of negotiation Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty and a good sense of humour
