3. Now make two lists title one Nurture and the other Nature
Now put the gifts you have given your baby in to the appropriate list
Is there more nurture or nature

4. Now give your baby another five things
You must think of the relevance of these gifts in relation what the baby may need

5. Now put the five new gifts into the appropriate list
What does your list look like now?
Have you given more Nurture or Nature

6. Continue until you have given your baby 20 gifts. Put into your lists
Have you given your baby enough?

7. If you feel you have given your baby enough then why do you think this?
If you do not feel this is enough then why do you think this what is missing?
