2. Registration Welcome guests as they approach the registration area
“Welcome to Uptown Funk!” “We are glad you could join us today.”
Help guests find their name (They will all be in alphabetical order)
Let them know their table number is provided and that will let them know where to sit when they enter the ballroom

3. Coat Check
Welcome guests, ask them if they would like to check their coat
If so, take their coat and hang it up
Give the guests the corresponding number to the hanger their jacket is on
When guests are about to exit the dining room, return to your station
Collect numbers and return coats until all coats are gone

4. Servers of Passed Hors d’oeuvres
Walk around the reception area offering hors d’oeuvres in one hand and offer cocktail napkins in the other
Make sure you hit all groups of people
Make sure you know what you are passing (Options on next slide)
When your tray is running low, return to the satellite kitchen and refill your tray

5. Awesome Possum Coconut Shrimp
Succulent shrimp battered in coconut served with tropical fruit
ALLERGENS: Coconut and shellfish

6. Spinach Dip Creamy dip with spinach served alongside pita chips
ALLERGENS: Gluten

7. Bussers Circle the reception area with an empty tray
Let guests place trash on tray or ask guests if you may take any of their trash
Clear any empty high-tops or any other areas you see trash lying around

8. Beverage Station Two employees will be behind the bar serving drinks
Serve the drinks upon the guest’s request
Make sure there are cocktail napkins available to guests at the bar

9. Reception Beverage Sweet Sunrise Mocktail
Orange juice with a splash of
grenadine
An orange slice for garnish

10. Photo Booth One person will be taking pictures at the photo booth
Your supervisor will familiarize you with the camera
Let the guests know that the photos will be available to them on the website after the event
