Our business plan was developed for a small accounting company
Employees work remotely from their home
Our associates are not certified public accountants
Our accountants are college graduates with four year degrees and a minimum of 5 years experience.
We consult with CPAs to insure that processes we have in place are accurate and follow GAAP standards.
To keep your data safe all our associates are required to use a Virtual Private Network for secure data input.

8. What does it cost?
Because of our business design our fees are much lower than most CPAs in the local area.
Our current bill rate is $35 per hour for accounting and business analysis 1
Repeat customers receive a $5 / hour discount when signing on as a monthly client for 6 or more months.
Minimum monthly charge of $140
Purchase a group of hours at the beginning of the month and receive a discount. 2
Sign up as a client with MBS and receive a discount on your monthly subscription to QuickBooks Online.
1 Accountant working remotely. Includes one office visit to review financials per month.
2 Unused hours do not roll over month to month.
