What are the GRAPES? GRAPES is a tool we will use this year as historians to analyze and understand ancient civilizations. GRAPES = G for Geography, R for Religion, A for Arts & Achievements, P for Politics (government), E for Economics, and S for Social Structure. As we learn about different civilizations this year, we will be able to see how geography, religion, politics, economics, and social structure shape and are shaped by people, places, and times.

Draw and fill out the table below.
