7 Lifestyle & Time Mangement

8 Plan Use a physical planner Google /electronic Calendar
Allocate time throughout your entire day (including average time for meals and recreation) Check off each completed task

9 Don’t be a Time Waster If you have large tasks, break each one down into smaller tasks Practice the 10-min rule Create a log of how time was/wasn’t efficiently spent Avoid the Big Three of time wasting (Facebook, Twitter, Blogging Sites)
