3. Coach Pitch All Stars Coach Pitch All Stars Game Date-TBD
Teams will have one to two All Star team practices
All Star game will be played with regular season rules, except the game will be 6 innings.
The Coach Pitch division will be split into an American and a National division. The two divisions will play each other in a single All Star game.
Each player and coach will receive an All Star player T-Shirt with team names on the back. 
Coach Pitch All Stars DO NOT need to go through the player verification/eligibility process.

4. Classic All Stars
Age (Minors) must have played MKP or Minors Division during the regular season.
Age (Majors) must have played Minors or Majors Division during the regular season.
If non-resident, must have a signed, notarized waiver submitted to League President, Jay Goff, by May 31st.
Players who do not make the International team are eligible for Classic team selection.
Classic teams are not formed until International teams are formed and International rosters have been verified and players have been notified.

5. Classic All Stars Game Format
Pool Play Format: If there are eight (8) or more teams in each division, then the tournament will follow the Pool Play format, which would mean teams play 6 games each. 
Double Elimination Format: If there are less than eight (8) teams in each division, then it will be double elimination and each team will play a minimum of 2 games each.
Will follow District 8 Rules for Classic tournament
Once available, brackets will be posted on the District 8 website.

6. International All Stars
American and National Divisional Teams are determined by Geographic Method: All Star Boundary Map Can be Found Online
9-10 Minors All Star Team(s)
District Start Dates- June 20
Sectional Start Dates- July 6-10 (Location: TBD area)
(State tournament the week after)
(LL) Majors All Star Team(s)
Intermediate All Star Tem
Dist. Start Dates- June 15
Sectional Start Dates- July (Location: TBD)

7. International All Stars Game Format
District 8 will play “pool play” in every division.
For the 9-10 division, there will be two “pools”, with the champions of each pool playing each other in a one game, winner takes all Championship Game.
In the Majors and Intermediate divisions, there will only be one pool in each, with the top two teams playing each other in a single Championship Game.
 Champions moves on to Sectionals.

Once available, brackets will be posted on the District 8 website.

8. Player Nomination Process
All players wanting to play will have to show up for a try out.
To be selected for All Stars you must be at the tryout.
Team manager has sole discretion to pick his team from the players at the try out.
Selected players must be turned into the league President and Player agent.

9. Commitment to Play All Stars
Selected players need to commit to participate in All Stars
Coaches will practice up to 6 days a week leading up to International and Classic All Star Games. Coaches will practice up to 2 times for Coach Pitch All Stars.
Players are expected to arrive 1 Hour prior to game time.

10. Player Verification/Eligibility
Residence shall be established and supported by documents, dated or in force between February 1, 2015 (previous year) and February 1, 2016
Residency Verification must come from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:
1. Driver’s License 2. Voter’s Registration 3. School records
4. Welfare/child care records 5. Federal records 6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records 8. Support payment records 9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
NOTE: Three utility bills (three items from No. 10 above) constitute only ONE document.

14. Military records 15. Internet, cable or satellite records 16. Vehicle records 17. Employment records

11. Player Verification/Eligibility

12. Manager Selection Process
The Manager of All Star Team must Manage a team in the respective division of All Stars.
The Manager that Wins 1st place in their division has first choice of managing. If he declines, it will go to the 2nd place and so forth.
Team Manager has discretion to choose his own assistant coaches.
A coach can be made ineligible for coaching All- Stars if:
Ejected from a game
Not showing standards of a Little League Coach, by not following the Code of Conduct.

13. Manager’s & Assistant Coaches Meeting
Managers and Assistant Coaches Meeting regarding All Stars will take place TBD
It is especially important for you to attend this meeting if this is your first time participating in All Stars.
At the Meeting Managers will receive an All Stars binder, we will review the player eligibility and verification process, practice expectations, and general tournament rules and expectations.
