Club Objectives – Attracting the next generation into Rotary You have influence – Use it First impressions are critical Build a “Yes And” Culture Build value to membership Strong on-line presence

Club Objectives – Review Of Firesides (February/March 2017) Generally members are happy with the club. “keep doing what we are doing” Keep us as “the fun club”. Consistency was also an attribute. RI Convention: Almost unanimous to form a committee. Must have cluster involvement. Foundation Grants Committees: Mixed discussion. We will keep active for now and evaluate/report. To be voted on at Board level. Cluster collaboration on bigger projects came up a lot. Communications: Ribfest needs own communications committee but linked to the club committee – Share resources Training: More training on Clubrunner, social media. Workshops came up a lot. Too many splinter groups, need to fine-tune and focus

Club Objectives – Review Of Firesides (February/March 2017) Ribfest: Not just a fundraiser, a community event Need to start thinking about the next Ribfest(s) Video and release testimonials, better sharing with the community Club meeting dedicated to brainstorming – Sponsors, communication etc. Not broke enough to fix it. Club Activities: More days of giving – keep members involved Need to focus on environment (water, earth day, etc.) Social: change from pub night; car rally, wine tour, need more variety

Club Objectives – Review Of Firesides (February/March 2017) Club Meetings: Continue committee moments Sunshine committee moment or update Member update, pending, new, left More social-type meetings Committees: Reevaluate, reallocate Resurrect/activate Past Presidents Committee Speed dating meeting leading up to committee sign-up
