We agree that our names and photographs, taken on our wedding day that we have supplied, can be used to promote the Bride of the Year contest organised by the Somerset Kindergarten Committee. We understand that our details may be held in file at the Kindergarten, to be used as references or for promotional purposes, of further Bride of the Year events. We hereby agree to comply with the conditions of entry and to abide by the Judges decision.

A copy of your marriage certificate ed to Jo ( address below)
Two photographs of the bride – one full length AND a head and shoulders one (Bride only and in high resolution/digital, if possible please)
One Photograph of the Bride and Groom
One favourite photo of the day (please remember this may be used on a PowerPoint display on the night of the show, if others are in this photo you will need their permission to use the photo.)
