Program Overview Program is a 12-month commitment
Weekly classroom content delivered by CNS & Educators Clinical orientation with trained KP RN Preceptors Primarily hire new nurses into medical surgical and telemetry tracks

Program Requirements * In progress entry-level masters degree candidates with a RN license qualify for the program

FYI Travel is required during the program
Travel between medical centers and KP facilities Shadow and emersion experiences Unable to transfer into a new position for ~ 2 years No PTO during the clinical orientation period Medical/Surgical/Telemetry: ~10 Weeks Mom/Baby: ~10 Weeks Labor and Delivery: ~15 Weeks Operating Room: ~26 Weeks

July All positions posted Internal KP RNs have a chance to apply first KP employees (non-RN) can view & apply to positions July / August Unfilled positions are made available to external candidates (new and experienced RNs) September Hiring decisions made
