Sarah: Each year we welcome the Moldovan students and faculty with a big welcome dinner. We invite both past and present students and doctors involved with the trip and get to meet the new students. This provides an opportunity for the new students to get to know the Moldovan students that they will be working with in the following, corresponding spring.
