2. The Summer Fete
We grew some vegetables on our allotment and sold them to buy seeds for our project.

We prepared our growing beds ready to plant our seeds

We planted onions to make our soup taste nice.

We grew some vegetables in our polytunnel.

We grew some vegetables outside.

We even grew some potatoes in plastic bags!

We worked really hard…

We dug up all the vegetables when they were ready.

12. Making our soup
We washed and chopped all our vegetables.

13. Cooking our soup
We then cooked our vegetables to make soup.

14. St David’s church
We then took our soup to St. David’s church soup kitchen.

As they liked it so much we are making more soup..

17. Making our project bigger..
.. and Silverton church gave us some apples to make apple crumble for the soup kitchen too.

We are already planting more vegetables so that we can make more soup.
