CONDITIONS for UP10-96 13. No new residents shall be allowed at the facility who are currently on parole.

Modification of Proposed Condition
This facility will be restricted to female patients and their children who are referred to the facility from Child Protective Services, Dependency Court, Proposition 36 or 63 sentencing, Drug Court probation, parole, the Stockton Police Department, SASCA (Substance Abuse Coordinating Services Agency), San Joaquin County Jail Central Intake, FOTEP (Female Offenders Treatment and Employment Program), self-referral, churches, San Joaquin County Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, other local programs and Employee Assistance Programs. Modification of Proposed Condition
Patients Offenders housed at the facility shall be limited to offenders those who had established a permanent residency in the City of Stockton at the time of their offense. Modification of Proposed Condition UP13-07
