3 WILD ANIMALS Art. 54. Wild animals are all animals except domestic dogs and cats and livestock

4 Art. 55. Possession of wild animals (excl. Wild mammals):
(1) Possession of wild animal (except wild mammals) is allowed provided that the owner has the right to license the cultivation of wild animal      

5 (2) License the right to parental wild animal is derived from RVS, where the owner of the animal made a notification application for a license and document the origin of animal                

6 (3) RVS shall within one month to examine the conditions under which it is placed and the animals are kept and competence of the person wishing to license their activities under cultivation, and give a written opinion on the issue of license

7  S.1 If the opinion is positive, the license is issued to the owner and is valid only for the animal, which has been issued S.2 The license is valid for one year and must be renewed before its expiry S.3 If the opinion of the RVS is negative, it shall seize the animal by the owner and to settle in for the licensed cultivation site listed in Art. 182 (1) of the LVA                  

8 Art. 56. Wild mammals: (1) Prohibited the possession and cultivation of wild mammals from private persons and by persons (natural or legal), not falling within the categories listed in Art. 182 (1) of the LVA (2) Violation of the prohibition under par. (1) shall be punished with confiscation of the animal and a fine specified in the regulations to this Act

9 (3) Confiscated wild mammal is placed in a licensed facility (zoo, circus, aviary, farm or wild animal rescue center) where he receives the necessary care (4) Documentation of moving in the preceding paragraph shall be governed by NKZZH

10 Art. 57. Any natural or legal person is entitled to a signal in NKZZH or the Ethics Commission to animals if he observes that individuals grow wild animals (including wild mammals)

11 Art. 59. Veterinary inspector shall check and prepares a written opinion on the case. If an infringement, RVS issue konfiskatsionen protocol and order removal of the animal in one of the sites listed in chl.182 (1) of the LVA

12 Art. 60. Where stocking wild animal does not fall under the category prohibited by law, Art. 55 of this Act

13 Art. 61. In cases where the signal is passed by the NGO representative has the right to attend the inspection with the officer. It is governed by a written request to NKZZH. In response NKZZH notify the applicant of the date and time of the planned inspection time

14 Art. 62. Prohibited hunting of wildlife by:
1. Traps, nets, snares 2. Poisonous substances 3. Sticky substances and bird cages 4. Explosives 5. Electricity 6. Sharp objects

15 Art. 63. Capture or killing of wild animals are made by persons with special knowledge as to avoid pain and suffering of animals
