This week we will be exploring the idea of change through reflection on change in our lives and through making personal connections to literature. We will also be reviewing part of speech. Check the ELA classroom calendar for homework assignments. 

MATH
We will finish Unit 1-Introduction to Integers and Coordinate Plane. On Tuesday, 8/30, students will have an open notebook Quiz over the material. Wednesday, we will begin Unit 2- Integer Operations including Order of Operations (TEKS 6.7A, 6.3C, 6.3D).

SCIENCE
We have been discussing the importance of Lab Safety & Lab Equipment. We will begin measurement and graphing next week!
