2. COOLING TANK Milk cooling tank available in different capacities.
Twin wall stainless steel tank with insulating layer, cooling system with a compressorr, electric stirrer and draining valve.
Execution in AISI 304 stainless steel, with the following characteristics:
vertical cylindrical shape top open with lid;
angled bottom ensures complete emptying;
trapcold prime surface heat transfer evaporator for maximum thermal efficiency;
thick insulation made of environmentally safe polyurethane foam;
internal ball seal for empty;
mixer;
flat cover;
refrigerating plant, which assure no freezing of milk, direct expansion, R404 coolant , compact shape;
system to control the milk temperature, digital indication of the temperature on one panel.
