Add/Edit/Delete/Users: Can create separate users to login into application and also provision to edit/delete them. Logout User: You can logout any login user into application via main panel Role: Add/Edit/Delete Role: Created role can be defined to any user or you can be editing/deleting respectively Assign functions to Role: you can assign functions/responsibilities to the specific user.

Search & Play: Given a more options to filter the reports like Date Wise , Ext. Wise, DID Wise User Wise, Call type wise: Incoming/Outgoing/Missed calls Can play particular recording. Download/Delete multiple recordings.
