Targets 1 million vulnerable refugees Proxy vulnerability indicators Aims to support basic needs 100 TL (27€) 100/ person/ month Aligned with government social assistance Top ups: CCT education, specific vulnerabilities, seasonal variation Partnership with WFP, Turkish Red Crescent and Ministry of Family and Social Policy Basic needs approach to address socio-economic vulnerability
