2. Ares is the son of Zeus and Hera
Ares is the son of Zeus and Hera. He was born in Thrace around 2500 years ago.
He wears lots of amour and is very short tempered. He uses a shield in battle with his trusty sword and spear. He used a fierce battle cry but it was mainly a lot of noise.
The Ancient Greeks didn’t like war, and they didn’t like Ares, either. They considered him a troublemaker. And like many troublemakers, Ares was a coward and a bully.

Ares was considered one of the bad gods because he liked to fight.

4. What he wore He wore a cool looking helmet like this.
He had cool looking armour this is what it looked like.

5. Powers
Ares was very strong and very good at fighting other people. Athena was a much better warrior then him though.

6. Personality
Ares had a very angry personality. He shouted a lot and didn’t like his parents and his parents didn’t like him.

7. What did he represent
He was the god of war so if there is a war he will fight it.
