Luddite o Refuses or Ignores Technology o Employee receives but does not process or respond to most electronic messages. Compulsive o Receives and Processes Compulsively o Employee always online, and using cell phone to detriment or neglect of human contact.

o Employee will receive and respond to messages only at prescribed times. Coping o Tries to use technology as adjunct to communication o Employee thinks about the best channel for messages but doesn't always follow through.
