2 Figure 1 Summary of losses in 73 tumor entities reported in Table 2. Each line by a chromosome arm represents a tumor entity. Red and black lines indicate that the loss was found in at least 30% of the cases in that particular tumor type (numbers refer to numbering in Table 2 online). A red line signifies that two different publications reported the loss, and a black line shows that the loss was published in one report only. A blue line indicates that the loss was involved in 10 to 29% of the cases. A bold line shows the smallest common overlapping area of the losses.
