FUN FACT
Weathering steel, also known as COR-TEN (or corten) is used throughout the courtyard and building site planter walls. It is comprised of a group of steel alloys which were developed to eliminate the need for painting by forming a stable, rust-like appearance if exposed to the outdoor elements for extended periods of time.
Installation of metal panels is starting on the west elevation. Masonry continues on the south side. Keating bridge waterproofing is complete & courtyard plants have been planted.
1st floor Café wall tile complete and finish trim installation is ongoing.
2nd floor carpet completed and ready for final ceiling tile wall panels.
3rd level flooring near completion & lab casework installation ongoing.
4th floor wood millwork installation is ongoing & vinyl flooring installation started in the labs.
