Other key factors which affect food choice
Some people have special dietary needs for a variety of reasons: Choose not to eat certain foods. Dietary intolerance or allergy Medical or health conditions write a list of these specific dietary needs which may restrict food choice

Nutrients that are important in the diet with reasons. Any advice on eating habits and food choices linked to the Eatwell guidelines. Include 3 key learning points for each life stage Page references: 45 – 55 Don’t forget to use your lifelines

Homework Complete the dietary needs of life stages tasks for all 5 life stages for next Monday (task 4) Make sure you use the lifelines in your digital text book.
