Current Look New Look Deposit Express New Look This presentation will help you navigate with some of the changes as we switch to our new Deposit Express system.

You may remember this menu from its location on the current Homepage.
A transaction has been verified and will be processed at the designated cut-off time. DashBoard1 You may remember this menu from its location on the current Homepage. The Current Transaction Summary section gives you basic details about your most recent transactions. Putting your mouse cursor over the status labels will give you a more in depth definition of that label. This is the Dashboard, the homepage for the new system. From this page you can see the site news as well as your Current Transaction Summary. On the left side of the screen you will see the Menu. This will be what you use to navigate the new system.

DashBoard1 These options are in the top bar on the current site. That covers the changes between the current Homepage and the new Dashboard. Next we will look at the changes to the Reports page This is the User button. Clicking on it brings up a menu that can take you to the FAQ page, Settings page, or Logout. The Search function can be used to pull up certain transactions based on info like the transaction number or account number. This button is used to access the search function. This function is located here on the current site. Other useful things on the Dashboard are the Search and User functions.

Deposit Results1 Let’s take an in depth look into that page now. It hasn’t moved very far from where it currently is. The Deposit Results button takes you to the Deposit Results Screen. This contains an in depth overview of the deposits you have done. This page contains links to in depth reports about your transactions. The carets at the edge of each section can be clicked to collapse that section. The Reports page is largely unchanged from how it was on the current site, except for ease of use changes.

The Quick Pick dropdown can be used to select general timeframes quickly for general searches, like deposits done last week or yesterday. The Deposit Results Search window is used to select what period of time you want to see results for.

The Export Button can be used to export you information as an excel workbook, CSV, or TSV file. The item details button pulls up more information on the specific items in a deposit. It can even be used to look at images of the checks deposited. The Print Button can be used to print out the Deposit Results. The item details button lets you know when each part of the deposit process happened for that transaction. On the top bar there are many options to help you sort and look through this information. After inputting your search criteria, you will be taken to the Deposit Results page proper. Scrolling through you will be able to see just about any info you need about your deposits. The Layout Button can be used to choose what information categories show up in the Deposit Results and to reorder them as you like. The Filter Button can be used to narrow down what deposits you see by removing ones that don’t fit your criteria, like if you wanted to see only deposits done in a certain time or location. The Fullscreen Button can be used to expand the Deposit Results window in order to get more information of the screen at the same time.
