3 SSOE Group Overview Founded in 1948 Privately-owned 950+ associates
HOME SSOE Group Overview Founded in 1948 Privately-owned 950+ associates Multi-disciplined LEED accredited professionals Core competency: project management and project delivery systems Leaders in Virtual Design & Construction Every bullet is not required. Additional bullets can be substituted. This particular bullet is from an internal strategy document. In it’s entirety it reads: Core competency: Project delivery: SSOE specializes in managing the design, procurement, and construction management while exceeding clients’ requirements.

4 SSOE Mexico Mexico Market SSOE Mexico Strengths
HOME SSOE Mexico Mexico Market Mexico has a dynamic economy with strong growth prospects SSOE actively markets new clients and migrates existing clients from the U.S. SSOE Mexico Strengths Faster action / reaction International and Mexican norms on designs and specs Understanding and applying local design / construction methods Knowledge of the language Vince’s note: SSOE is in 6 different countries (not including the US) in various stages of development. China, India, and Mexico are “push” countries. The economy is dynamic and we feel the growth prospects are strong. We actively market new clients and migrate existing clients from the US. We have operations in place with SSOE direct employees. In Brazil, Malaysia, and Canada we classify them as “pull” countries. If we have an existing client that wants to build in that country we have JV partners and licenses to perform work in those countries, but we do not have standing operations and do not actively market new clients. Main Goals Serve as a local representative for Michelin Mexico point of contact: Erick Kuri Knowledge and handling of the language (improving communication) Understanding and applying local construction / design methods Accomplish international and Mexican norms on designs and specs Faster action and reaction Local multidisciplinary design team in Leon Gto Our goal is to have a fully functioning in-house staff that is augmented by the experience via the SSOE network. SSOE Mexico is currently hiring to achieve this goal.

5 SSOE Expertise SSOE knows Mexico 20+ years of experience in Mexico
HOME SSOE Expertise SSOE knows Mexico 20+ years of experience in Mexico SSOE opened Leon, Guanajuato office in 2014 to specifically serve Manufacturing / Automotive Alley Establish legal entity within Mexico for both legal and fiscal requirements SSOE has the management expertise to oversee all aspects of the project, whether performed by internal or external resources We look at each project to identify the best solution; our internal support or an outside source Erick Automotive alley is from central Mexico and Aquas down to outskirts of Mexico city. Projects on-going with GM, 2 Faurecia greenfields and 1 Faurecia Expansion.

7 HOME Plastic Injection Molding Plant: Inergy Fuel Tank Manufacturing Facility Inergy Automotive Systems Van Buren, Michigan Inergy asked SSOE to team with Lathrop (GC) to build an injection molding industrial building for the production of plastic injection molded gasoline fuel tanks. SSOE provided engineering and design for the entire facility from ground leveling and degrubbing to steel and architectural service to full mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs. SSOE provided a rail road spur design that would deliver the resins via bulk rail car. Adjacent to the production facility there was a logistics area as well as a warehouse. SSOE provided the entire design for the utility generation equipment with chilled and hot water, compressed air, electrical 15kva and distribution design and fluidized resin transfer from the storage facility near bulk resin off load rail spur. 350,000 SF Greenfield Engineering Procurement Multiple Packages Accelerated Schedule Complete Utility Powerhouse Railroad spur and loading / unloading station for resin Plastic Injection Molding Plant: Inergy Fuel Tank Manufacturing Facility Size – 350,000 SF Location – Van Buren, Michigan Highlights Engineering Procurement Multiple Packages Accelerated Schedule Complete Utility Powerhouse Railroad spur and loading / unloading station for resin Inergy had asked that SSOE team with Lathrop (General Contractor) to build a 350,000 SF injection molding industrial building for the production of plastic injection molded gasoline fuel tanks. The project was to be located on a greenfield site location in Van Buren Township, Michigan. SSOE was able to successfully deliver this project with the general contractor partner on time and at budget so that the critical production start date was satisfied.
