Populate the mandatory* fields manually or choose items from the catalog: Veritas Part No
The Hosted field will auto populate based on the product
Description will usually auto populate. If it doesn’t and a warning message appears on your screen click ok and leave the field blank. See below:
Manually enter the Quantity and Unit Price
Transaction Reason only applies for Hosted products
Enter SC Renewal ID or IB Reference if is necessary for the product you are submitted

If applicable, check the Co Term (Yes/No) field, and add Requested Start Date and End Date
If applicable, add Attachments.
Once all fields have been selected or populated appropriate, Save as Draft or Submit. Saving a draft allows you to go back to the draft at a later time or simply save as a template for common customer request. 1
If you click to Save as Draft you will be prompted to the following window to save your order.
