Triple AAA Commercial Trade LTD is a private business structured company that manufactures insulation for its foreign customers. Developing and presenting a diversity training needs assessment business report to Triple AAA Commercial Trade LTD will re-establish a positive move forward to help diminish workplace environment accusations of diversity complaints. The company has contracted I, Kent Charles Lee, Senior Consultant, KCL Consulting, LLC, to develop a training solution for the diversity issues. The following report that follows will help showcase two innovated technology training tools and demonstrate how these tools can be used to address issues in linguistic, cultural, and gender diversity. “Organizations that embrace a diverse workforce make better business decisions and enjoy better financial performance than those that do not “(Steele, 2016).
