We’ve designed FastTrack – our customer success service – to help businesses realize business value faster with the Microsoft Cloud. It is very important to note that FastTrack is available for free as part of a Microsoft customer’s purchase or subscription, providing a unique benefit. In fact, it is also available for as many times as needed to support them throughout their journey. Are they rolling out Exchange Online today and wish to rollout OneDrive for Business tomorrow? FastTrack can help. With FastTrack, customers can discover what's possible, plan for successful rollouts, and onboard new users and capabilities at their own pace. The digital experience available at provides all customers access to a unique set of best practices, tools, resources, and – for eligible customers only – experts committed to make their experience with the Microsoft Cloud a success, including onboarding, migration, devices management, and user adoption guidance and assistance form Microsoft engineers and Certified partners through FastTrack engagements. As we are expanding the scope of FastTrack continuously, we’ve rapidly evolved in the past 18 months from a one-time onboarding benefit for Office 365 to a repeatable customer success service for not only Office 365, but also the Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite. On January 23rd, we announced the next step in the evolution of Microsoft FastTrack -- extending FastTrack to two more key Microsoft technologies: Windows 10 and Dynamics 365. Specifically: FastTrack for Windows 10 Preview: Windows will scale Windows 10 deployment through a partner-led approach with FastTrack, and will make Windows Accelerate offers available through the FastTrack portal to complement their current motion. This comes with a new web presence, including Success Plans, available at fasttrack.microsoft.com. FastTrack for Dynamics 365 Preview: Dynamics 365 will bring their H1 pilot to scale through engineering- led engagements for onboarding assistance. This comes with a new web presence, including Success Plans, available at fasttrack.microsoft.com. Over the next few months, we will offer FastTrack for Windows 10 and FastTrack for Dynamics 365 as Previews. Just like with Office 365 and EMS, customers will be able to get resources and tools from the FastTrack website including technical onboarding and user adoption best practices. During this preview period, customers will be able to request assistance from either the certified Microsoft partner of their choice or their Microsoft account team. Here we are helping the customer to define and refine their vision on how they will leverage Office 365 most effectively for their business needs . We look at business scenarios and work to determine where to focus and then create a successful rollout and adoption plan leveraging tools such as Value Discovery Workshops . Coinciding with that, Microsoft provides resources and tools that provides guidance around our adoption methodology, templates to help partners and customers plan effectively , and tools to get customers started with a trial experience and a solid success plan. SCOPE FastTrack provides onboarding (including prerequisites) and user adoption guidance (core product features, IT pro/admin features, productivity library, awareness kits) for Microsoft Teams. PARTNER OPPORTUNITY Drive value in customer organizations through Microsoft Teams customizations (Bots, Tabs, Connectors), system integrations, onsite training/assistance programs, etc. TIMELINE Microsoft Teams is a FastTrack Benefit that is available through out the duration of Office 365 tenant subscription for eligible customers. Requires 50+ paid seats on eligible plans. Available for Cloud Only and Exchange hybrid commercial customers. Refer to the FastTrack Service Description for more details.
