Conclusions Software team can manage to follow LLRF developments if we obtain all promised manpower (post, fellow, replacement PJAS) LEIR software on track but tight for 1 July Must manage potential conflict with ELENA HW and automation team stretched due to many projects (Crabs, medical RFQ, multi-beam IOT…) Clear manpower hole for SPS 200 MHz upgrade if renovation of existing amplifier controls (at least 1 FTE) LINAC4 on track but short-term SW manpower issue
