5. MAIN Hi4CSR OBJECTIVES
The exchange of good practices in order to increase project partners’, enterprises’ and decision makers’ knowledge of EU CSR Directives and their harmonization process into national legal frameworks
The establishment of permanent network between enterprises, society and decision makers
Creation of a CSR guide for enterprises, adults and decision makers to increase adult education of CSR legislation

1. RAISED ADULT EDUCATION ABOUT CSR LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK

better understanding of CSR harmonization into national frameworks

the first comparative analysis study in the EU

16. 3rd LEARNING ACTIVITY (BRUSSELS)
„The Learning Activity designed by EABIS is planned for the October of 2017 in order to align it with the foreseen new referential policy document of the EU Commission on CSR.
Name of the LA: Assessing the current state of play of CSR/RBC at the EU level
The core of EABIS Learning Activity is the mainstreaming of CSR and sustainability issues into business education. Being one of the biggest European business-academic hubs, EABIS represents for the EU Commission one of the main stakeholders on CSR consultation, especially regarding the insights resulting from the academic-business cooperation.
As member of the Hi4CSR consortium, EABIS's Learning Activity aims to connect the project participants with the latest indication and referential policy documents on CSR.
The discussion in Europe across CSR is twofold:
(1) ensuring sustainable economic growth and
(2) mitigating social and environmental impact of businesses.
For those reasons, EABIS's Learning activity is around the latest insight from:
CSR Europe - European pact for youth
European Commission Agenda for new skills and jobs
European Commission New Skills for New Jobs initiative
DG Growth policy on CSR and the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights .”

17. 3rd LEARNING ACTIVITY (BRUSSELS)
„The EABIS’ Learning activity will be structured around two main pillars:
1. EDUCATION
a. Latest finding to embed CSR in Higher Education
b. Implement business-academic multi stakeholder partnership to define future skills and knowledge priorities for a more sustainable business practices
c. Integration of Pan-European network to develop and share best practices among private sector and academia
2. KNOWLEDGE
a. How to support innovation for sustainable business through EU R&D funding scheme
b. Sharing of best practices on to embed sustainable business principles into industrial value chain.
EABIS is the organiser of one pan-European event in Brussels: EABIS annual Colloquium. It is a one day thought leadership event. The Colloquium leverages the EABIS model of corporate-academic partnership to focus on ways in which companies, business schools and universities, and other actors can collaborate more effectively to define and develop new frameworks in knowledge, talent and learning that contribute to lasting solutions. Specific topic of the conference will be determined in the beginning of 2017 (...) „

18. 4th LEARNING ACTIVITY (BRATISLAVA)
„In November 2017, Pontis Foundation will host a five-day learning activity for all project partners. During those five days, through lectures and interactive workshops, project partners, decision makers and enterprise representative from the Slovakia will be present in order to learn and share experiences about the legislative and economic value of Non-Financial reporting.
Name of the Learning activity is: Non-Financial reporting: implementation and best practices
In order to share experience with implementation of the EU directive on Non-Financial Reporting into the national legislation, as well as good practices from Slovak companies, and international companies from Slovakia, Slovak Ministry will participate in the activity as well as relevant company's representative who will share their practice and experience.”

19. 4th LEARNING ACTIVITY (BRATISLAVA)
„With over 20 years’ experience of working with companies, investors, governments and organizations, Pontis is a leading Slovak consultancy and advocacy organization in this field and administrator of the Slovak Business Leaders Forum. PONTIS main activity is consultancy of increased transparency because of the new Accounting Directive which will be a topic for contributing to the consortium: The most important CSR Directive: Non-financial reporting.
Pontis Foundation will also organize a study visit for all project partners to some of the Slovakia-based companies who will share their good practices with the consortium. The study visit will be an opportunity for the consortium to witness discussed good practices in a live manner.”
