Arrival information:
The Airport:
The main airport is Arlanda situated 50 km from Stockholm city. International Airlines usually arrive at terminal 5. Some airlines arrive at terminal 4 but that is just a little bit further away, still in the same building.
Train from Arlanda:
There are two train connections. The fast train, Arlanda Express takes about 20 min and the cost is approximately 30€. The ordinary train departure from terminal 2, takes about 30 min but cost is similar to Arlanda Express. Both trains departure from the Airport terminal and arrives at the same station, the Stockholm Central Station.
Taxi
WARNING!! In general for Swedish taxi. Price is free but must be declared with a sticker on a side window, see pic. Below. Price for 10 Km should be around SEK. Fix price is possible from Airport to city center. Several taxi lines are available and you are not obliged to take one that is appointed to you. You can choose freely.

Hotels:
For the moment hotel prices are reasonable and there are still some available, but that can change. Stockholm is rather popular in September. You find a lot of good hotels on all well-known hotel portals.
We have reserved 30 rooms in the Scandic Klara Hotel, Slöjdgatan 7, Stockholm, Sweden Tel: , a good hotel very close to the meeting place. We have a government rate of approximately 160€/night with a big breakfast buffet included (standard rate is €/night).

Registration (Meeting):
Due to the size of the meeting room,
this meeting is limited to 50 persons!
Please send your registration not later than 4. August 2016 to the Secretary of the group: Jochen Schaefer
In the case, we have more than 50 registrations, we have to limit the participation of NGOs to one person per company* and employees of associations. Please consider this before you book your travel!
If your registration cannot be considered, you will be informed latest 5. August 2016.
Registration done later than 4. August 2016 might not be considered.
*: exception, if company business consists passenger cars and trucks
