2. Be ready … clean car, business dress, cold water … and youR oneride app on!
If you are TRULY available for a passenger, be in the AVAILABLE mode … but IF … You would like to receive FUTURE bookings but you aren’t ready to roll at this moment … Click the button in the upper right corner of the app and go GREY - NOT AVAILABLE mode … Unlike any other app in DFW, you will receive offers for rides in the future while you’re resting or enjoying time with family!

3. The oneride request comes in!
Take a quick look … in this example, you have 16 seconds remaining to make a decision … then it will roll to the next oneride driver. This particular request is an IN ADVANCE booking, something NO OTHER company does! They are wanting a ride for a FUTURE time and date. If you accept this ride, it will automatically be entered into your calendar and you will receive a two-hour notice when the trip date arrives … Pre-bookings are the BOMB! You are able to plan your life and not burn your gasoline hoping to get a ride!

4. Review your trips … past, present, and future
By clicking on the upper left corner of the oneride screen (from ANY screen) you can navigate throughout the oneride app. See your future trips, send receipts for clients, or change your vehicle and profile picture …

5. When the trip date and time arrives … Ready … set … go!
Then … Confirm you are “On My Way!”
Go into
… “My Trips”
Click on trip & pull it up

6. It is at this point that you can text or call the passenger!

7. Only call the passenger if they don’t show up right away …
Arrived and waiting … simply click “Arrived” and the passenger will know!

8. On-board!! Confirm it! And deliver our valuable passenger to their destination safely!
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
If you accidently start the trip but cannot pickup the passenger, DO NOT hit NO SHOW! No show is strictly for use when you have arrived, texted the passenger, called the passenger, waited 10 minutes … and have NO CONTACT. At that time, if you wish to move on, you can hit NO SHOW.

9. Finish the ride … but first …
If you have toll charges on your trip, calculate them in advance via the NTTA app … Click on the and enter your toll amount … then

10. Now you can Finish!!
Now click YES and choose STORED CARD (unless the passenger has told you they want to enter a different card for this trip) … Then click OK and DONE …

11. Close the trip and you’re ready for your next oneride!!
